More Parcels Shipped~!

Hi everyone~!

A very quick update.

I have finally received the go-ahead to ship out untracked international parcels by Royal Mail, so another 80 packages have been sent out this morning and are on their way to you. This puts us over halfway there~! It's cause for celebration~!

There are about 60 more orders to go through, many of which require t-shirt addons or pins which have just arrived. So please be patient, and I will try to have these all cleared as soon as possible~!

PINS ARRIVING + ROYAL MAIL SITUATION + NEW CAMPAIGN

Hello Backers~!

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to drop you all a message and let you know that a massive chunk of parcels have been packed as some of the pins arrived to me. There's still a portion of the pins in production, but I have packed all those which have come already.

UK parcels have been sent out, and I am happy to report that they have started arriving at their homes. However, I have not, and will not be, shipping Internationally Shipped parcels for now.

Royal Mail went through a cyberattack around the second week of January, and many parcels I have shipped throughout January never arrived. I even had some parcels which are Tracked, and it says that they have not yet made it to the Royal Mail Depo for initial scanning. Tragic, honestly. 

I will not be risking sending you parcels until I know it is safe to do so, so please bear with me during this time. That said, please know that out of 177 packages, 99 parcels have been packed as all their items had been stocked, and I am just waiting for a thumbs up from Royal Mail (and colleagues using the service) to ship them.

With this in mind, I'd like to invite you all to check my current campaign, which are the 88 pins that I restocked alongside the Kickstarter Campaign and have also already started coming in. There will be virtually little to no wait on these pins once the campaign and surveys are concluded and filled in, so please consider checking it out.

Kickstarter Pin Production + Restock Campaign Launching Soon

Hello everyone,

I’ve received a couple of update requests for this campaign, so I thought I’d hop on and get you all up to speed. 

Kickstarter Pin Production

As you all know, the campaign did not reach the amount necessary to fund the final stretch goals of the collection. We missed the mark quite a bit, and it doesn’t help that a portion of those who pledged for the campaign did not provide correct card details, so their payment did not go through.

This always pushes back the initiation of production for any campaign. Because of all this, as well as the usual lengthy back and forth in checking the manufacturer gets the artwork, screen prints, and Pantone colours planned correctly, the Kickstarter Pin order was sent into production in the second week of December 2022.

We also must remember that factories close during the holiday season, while factories in China close for further three weeks for the Chinese New Year. So far, the factory has had about two full weeks to start the order and will have another three weeks to continue the order before stopping for their Chinese New Year holidays.

As you can imagine, more than five weeks are needed to produce the number of pins we have ordered. So please be patient, and understand that while you might not be getting updates here on Kickstarter as regularly as we hoped, production is going slowly but steadily. 

I expect the order to arrive to me around the end of March. Unfortunately, this is well behind my initially planned date, pushing back many of my projects. However, this is the best we can do with the funds we accumulated during the campaign.

Restock Campaign Launching Soon

Furthermore, in the coming week, you will see the new launch of a second campaign. This campaign will have pins I previously funded, and I’m now restocking them alongside our Kickstarter Pins in the same order. So, therefore, they will come together in one large shipment.

When you see this campaign, please do not think I am prioritizing one project before the other, as this second campaign is helping me get the money to produce my restock and make up for the funds we failed to acquire during this campaign. I hope they balance each other out. Fingers crossed!

While none of this is ideal, I promise you I am doing my utmost best to satisfy and meet everyone’s expectations.

Pin Molds Completed!

Hi Everyone,

I hope this update finds you all in good health. 

We finally have some photos of the pin molds for the designs in the campaign. The manufacturer will be able to produce our enamel pins in the next couple of months. Sadly there are expected delays due to the Christmas Holiday Season, New Year, and Chinese New Year, but I will keep you updated as best as possible.

I'm so excited to share all these pins and add-ons with you. I have done my utmost best to bring you a massively varied selection of items and the best pricing I have offered on addons to date! 

I am most proud of the two oversized stickers you can see below. They are 16cm x 22cm each on clear vinyl. They are also weatherproof and scratch-proof, ideal for putting on your laptop, journal, tablet, or car. How cool are they?!

I hope you enjoy all the pretty new things as much as I enjoyed working on them.

As I mentioned in my previous updates, addon purchases will help offset the costs we did not manage to bring in during the campaign; so thank you all in advance for your generous and continued support. I will update you all with more production news as things move forward.
